Bookmarks are a great way of marking important tickets and keeping them easily accessible at all times.

Creating a Bookmark


 

 

Step 1
Go to the messages tab on the
top navigation bar.
Navigate to the left side menu
and select ‘My Bookmarks’.  
 

 

 

Things to Note:
You will see one bookmark is made for you in your account, it is labelled Favourites. You can delete this bookmark if you wish. You can add as many bookmarks to your account as you like.

 


 

Step 2
When creating your own bookmark give
it a title in the ‘New Label’ field. You
can also assign a colour and icon to
your bookmark.

 


Step 3
Click ‘Save Changes’.


Step 4
Within the bookmarks select the
trash can beside the bookmark
you would like to remove.
 

 

Using Bookmarks


Step 1
To use the bookmark, return to
your inbox and click on the ticket
you would like to assign the bookmark to.


 

 

Step 2
Click on the star icon in the
top right hand corner. You will be presented
with a dropdown of all your bookmarks,
simply select the one you would like to attach to the ticket.

 

 

 

 


Step 3

Similar to above you can remove the bookmark
by clicking on the star icon in the top right hand corner.
Simply select the one you would like to de-attach to the ticket.
The ticket will then no longer appear in that bookmark folder.

 

Find Bookmarked Messages


 

 

Step 1

In the left hand column you will see
the labels of bookmarks you have
created under the dropdown of My Bookmarks.

 

 

 

 


Step 2

Select one of these options and a list
of your tickets will be presented that are
attached to this bookmark.
