This user guide will explain how you can carry out bulk actions and close messages in ReplyManager
You cannot delete tickets from ReplyManager, but what you can do is bulk-close selected tickets and they will appear in your ‘Closed’ section.
Simply go to ‘Messages’ and click on the checkbox in the top left-hand corner to select all the messages. Then simply click on the ‘Actions’ tab and choose the option “Mark selected tickets as Closed”.
Its that simple!
