ReplyManager inbox filters are an excellent way of saving time and help your team collaborate better.
You can look at one type of message with just the click of a button. For example you can see all return requests or cancellations with thanks to filters. Filters are found in the search bar under advanced search.
1. On the top navigation bar go to the search bar and click the drop down arrow.
2. Select ‘Add Filter’.
3. You will be presented with a list of filters. From this list you can decide what filters to apply to your inbox at that time. You can choose more than one filter at a time.
4. When you are happy with your selection click ‘Advanced Search’ and your filtered inbox will be presented.
