Inputting your business hours to ReplyManager ensures that your SLA timer will only countdown during business hours.
Entering your business hours ensures that your response performance metrics are not affected when your support team are out of the office. Follow the steps below to add your support teams working hours to your ReplyManager account.
Entering Business Hours:
1. From the top navigation bar select settings.
2. Navigate to the left side menu and go to General > Company Settings.
3. Select the business hours tab.
4. Click add weekly time restriction and input your opening hours by day. The image below shows that our business is open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5.30pm.
5. When you have finished inputting the information click save changes. The information can easily be altered at any time for example during holiday periods.
